HootSuite is a social media communications dashboard often used for online brand management. It publishes to websites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Foursquare, MySpace, and WordPress. It is also a Twitter client.

SocialOomph provides productivity tools for social media users and include tools for Twitter, StatusNet, and Facebook. Twitter users can schedule status updates for their accounts, which will be published at dates and times of their choosing.
