Good-Fast-Cheap: Do we expect too much? (infographic)

Remember the old saying “You get what you pay for”? Receiving a good product or service quickly for a low cost is not any more a possibility than pink elephants (unless of course the pink elephants were preceded by a pint of Jack Daniels).  If as a freelancer you are promising this you are selling your business short. And if as a consumer you are expecting this you are selling yourself short. The below infographic diagrams the impossibility of this feat.

Basically we should never expect quality, quick service and low costs to all exist in the same realm.
Freelancers: Do you find yourself undercharging while trying to deliver on impossible timelines?
Consumers: What is most important to you (quality, speed, costs)?
